Problem
The group sells several residences (El Mirador del Mar, Dhalia, Marina Vista, Chams Achakkar…) but buyers and Moroccans living abroad struggled to compare programmes and reach an adviser without a middleman.
Solution
I rebuilt the site: a showcase of programmes for sale, project pages, filters by city and type (villas, apartments, offices), reviews, partners, and a “Call me back” form tied to contact.
Business results
A clearer developer image for Tangier, Cabo Negro and Casablanca, projects that are easy to compare, and a direct path to a call-back or the contact form.
